I’m 14, and my mom is going to take me to a nutritionist or some type of counselor. First of all, are they expensive? What’re the different people that specialize in nutrition and weight loss and what are their differences in what services they perform? Who should I see? I’m 5′2” and 146 lbs and would like to lose 16 lbs. Who would I go to if I want my body fat measured and any possible deficiencies and such to be analyzed, and a plan made to work with my body? Who would I go to to recommend a healthy weight for my body type? My family wants to join in on this, too, because we could all stand to lose some weight and shape up.
