how can walking help someone lose weight?

I have been wondering just how effective walking can be to lose weight.

I myself know he key to weight loss is diet. I have done low intensity workouts aligned with proper dieting and this has increased my fat loss results more than high intensity workouts without proper dieting. With that being said maybe walking with proper nutrition can helpful

I lost a big amount of weight in a small amount of time, leaving me with a lot of extra skin. I talked to someone at Complete Nutrition and they told me they could fix me up with something that shrinks fat cells.. Would that work? Cuz I don’t wanna waste my money on something if it don’t work.
