Any suggestions for nutrition & weight loss? balanced diet versus a raw food diet?
I decided that it’s time for me to get more healthier and get rid of the unwanted fat. I currently weigh 250 and need to lose 70 lbs. A website of an herbalist suggested a raw food diet for optimal health. I like steamed veggies and salads and some fruits, however, I can not eat raw food all the time because I would be hungry and miserable. I’ve tried the opposite extreme of low carb and lost 70lbs and gained it all back and I do not wish to do extreme diets every again. Couldn’t I simply do a balance diet, watch my calories and do exercise to lose weight?
