diet and calorie intake to lose 8 kgs in 8 weeks?

Hi , I have a profesional MMA fight on the 25th July.

My current weight is 94kgs , I have to weigh in at 83.9kgs the day before.

Im 6ft and my body fat is around 20% (not the leanest of people)

I Ideally want to get down to 86kgs and cut the 2.1 kgs with water/sweat loss in the sauna etc so that when I fight ill be at around 86kgs.

I train alot so that is sorted but I could do with some tips on the nutrition side of things.

Any tips or links to good sites would be greatly appreciated.

I currently need to consume 1400 calories in order to lose 2 lbs per week. I know that I should eat fruits and vegetables and high fiber, low sodium foods, but what if I just eat 1400 calories of McDonald’s per day?

I do understand that I can risk having liver failure, heart disease, and diabetes, but in terms of pure weight loss, can I still lose weight by eating 1400 calories of fast foods per day?

If it does come down to simply calories then I think I would. I know there is a lot of fat in McDonald’s and not enough nutrition, but don’t the dietitians and nutritionists even say that it is about your overall number of calories?

Is there something else I should know about weight loss and eating fast foods?
I know eating a salad is better than a BigMac or a cheeseburger, but if I keep under my 1400 calorie limit then it shouldn’t matter what I eat as long as I stay under my 1400 calorie limit, right?

In other words, I could eat as many BigMacs I want as long as long as it’s under my calorie limit and I should still lose weight.

Again, I do understand that there are other risks involved (diabetes, liver failure, heart disease), but in terms of pure weight loss, I only have to watch the calories, yes?

I’m trying to lose weight and I hate to eat anything healthy. These are the nutrition facts of a 410 calorie burger and a 420 calorie salad I copied from Mcdonald’s. Since the burger is lower on calories I assume I would lose more weight eating a burger for meal than a salad, I know this is probably not true but I what to know why? What rules do values like fat, sodium, and carb play in weight loss? I don’t care about other things like cholesterol and Iron that probably will just make me unhealthy but has nothing to do with weight loss. I’m fine being a little unhealthy I just want to loss the weight and eat junk food.

What happens if I eat two 420 calorie salads? Would that still make me lose more weight than eating one 410 calorie burger? If not than I will rather eat half a burger for meal and loss weight than having to eat healthy food.

Please don’t give me answers like “you have to eat healthy and maintain a balance nutrition”, I will run and exercise and stuff but I’m determined to stick to junk food forever and lose weight and be unhealthy if that’s what it’s gonna take.
If calories are calories. Whether I get them from salad or from a burger doesn’t matter to my body in terms of creating a calorie deficit which is what weight loss boils down to. Does that mean all I have to do is take a bunch of vitamins pills to replace fruits/vegetables and drink whey protein power drinks, and I can be happy with my junk food diet?

For the past year, I have been dieting, and I have lost over 75 pounds. Now, I am satisfied with my fat loss and I want to put on muscle…a lot of it. I am going to the gym with my cousin and I want to say dedicated, but I have a question about nutrition.

Alright, to build muscle, do you have to intake a lot of calories? I know to load up on protein and stay away from fat, but what about calories?

I am 16 very very soon (2 weeks) and I am 5′9 165 lbs..How many calories daily should I intake to gain muscle?
165 at 5′9 might seem a bit pudgy but I have a naturally large build and very wide shoulders, so it’s spaced out and I carry it well.
